Shipping
When will my order ship?
Express Collection panels ship in 10 business days.
Studio Collection panels ship 4-6 weeks.
Designer Collection panels ship 4-6 weeks from receipt of fabric.
Custom orders ship 4-6 weeks from receipt of fabric.
What is the shipping cost?
Orders over $75 ship within the continental US for FREE. Other orders ship for a flat $7 shipping fee.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii have a charge of $30/width of drapery.
Samples
How do I order samples?
Go to the Samples product page HERE and click to select which samples you’d like.
How much to samples cost?
Express and Studio samples are $3 each, Designer samples are $5.
When will my samples ship?
Samples ship within 5 days.
Returns
What is the return policy?
Because our products are made-to-order to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or cancellations. Sales are final. If you have erroneously received a product you did not order or your order was not made to your specifications, please email us details and a photo to studio@wildrosestudio.com. We would love to make it right.

Do you have a trade program?
We love to work with the trade. If you would like to open a trade account with us, please fill out the form HERE. Trade customers enjoy discounts, tax-exempt purchasing, complementary samples, personalized service.
Measuring
How do I measure my windows?
Click HERE to get to our measuring page. We walk you through how to measure for the perfect fit. It’s not hard at all.
How high & wide should I hang my drapery?
Your drapery rod should hang about 2-3" from your ceiling for 8-9.5 foot ceilings. If your ceilings are taller, you might consider hanging the rod 1/2 way between the top of the window and the ceiling.
Panels should stack back over wall, not window, whenever possible. Single widths need 8" to stack on each side. Double widths need 14" to stack back on each side.
Custom Drapery
What fabrics do I choose from?
Just about any designer fabric is fair game. We are your fabric concierge. We handle all the logistics and ship your drapery right to your door. Our favorites include: Brunschwig & Fils, Fabricut, Ferrick Mason, Groundworks, Jasper, Lee Jofa, Pintura Studio, Sister Parish, Schumacher... Oh, but there are so many great ones. Reach out - we can help with whatever gorgeous thing you have your heart on.
What if I'm not sure what fabric is best?
Not to worry - we're fabric pros. Just fill out the custom form as best you can... and in the message tell us something like "I need a plaid for my son's room" or "I'm looking for a green floral for my guest room". We will connect with you to refine your needs and get you some awesome options to choose from.
Do you accept COM?
In order to maintain luxury quality and provide the finest products possible, we cannot accept COM.
We are your fabric concierge for any designer fabric line. Let's say you'd like a Ferrick Mason fabric with a Samuel & Sons tape down the leading edge (nice choice btw), we will handle all the logistics and get you finished panels that are exactly what your heart desires.
