Shipping
When will my order ship?
Custom orders typically ship 4-6 weeks from receipt of fabric. We will keep you up to date on any backorders or delays. We want to get you your beautiful things as soon as possible & will be in touch along the way.
In stock hardware is custom cut and shipped within 3 business days.
What is the shipping cost?
Online hardware orders over $75 ship within the continental US for FREE. Other orders ship for a flat $7 shipping fee.
Shipments of custom orders vary in cost depending on the size of the order. You might expect it to run 5-10% of the order total.
Samples
How do I order samples?
We would be happy to help you get samples of specific designer fabrics & trims. You can either include your request in your drapery request form, in an email, or on a design call. A $10 fee is incurred for sourcing.
When will my samples ship?
In stock samples ship within 5 days.
Returns
What is the return policy?
Because our products are made-to-order to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or cancellations. Sales are final. Please look over the details of your order carefully before placing. If you have erroneously received a product you did not order or your order was not made to your specifications, please email us details with a photo to studio@thewildrosestudio.com. We would love to make it right.

Do you have a trade program?
We love to work with the trade. If you would like to open a trade account with us, please fill out the form HERE. Trade customers enjoy discounts, tax-exempt purchasing, complementary samples, personalized service. Consider us part of your team. We are here to make you look GREAT to your clients.
Measuring
How do I measure my windows?
Click HERE to get to our measuring page. We walk you through how to measure for the perfect fit. It’s not hard at all.
How high & wide should I hang my drapery?
Your drapery rod should hang about 2-3" from your ceiling for 8-9.5 foot ceilings. If your ceilings are taller, you might consider hanging the rod 1/2 way between the top of the window and the ceiling.
Panels should stack back over wall, not window, whenever possible. Single widths need 8" to stack on each side. Double widths need 14" to stack back on each side.
Custom Drapery
What fabrics do I choose from?
Just about any designer fabric is fair game. We are your fabric concierge. We handle all the logistics and ship your drapery right to your door. Our favorites include: Brunschwig & Fils, Fabricut, Ferrick Mason, Groundworks, Jasper, Lee Jofa, Pintura Studio, Sister Parish, Schumacher... Oh, but there are so many great ones. Reach out - we can help with whatever gorgeous thing you have your heart on.
What if I'm not sure what fabric is best?
Not to worry - we're fabric pros. Just fill out the custom form as best you can... and in the message tell us something like "I need a plaid for my son's room" or "I'm looking for a green floral for my guest room". We will connect with you to refine your needs and get you some awesome options to choose from.
Do you accept COM? (my own fabric)
We sell finished products and do not accept COM for our projects. All of the fabric (ANY designer fabric you select) is sourced through us. This helps us keep our standards sky-high by handling & managing any flaws, backorders, bad cuts etc. We take those logistics off your hands. And because this is what we do all day everyday, we can help navigate problem solving and anticipate any issues with fabric & construction.
